Franchise Sales Manager Job Opening in Moonachie, New jersey - JOB SUMMARY
The Franchise Sales Support Manager is the central communication point for the Franchise Development Department. This role is responsible for creating and implementing lead generation marketing efforts related to all new Franchise acquisition and company growth strategies. This role will also be responsible for managing the lead generation flow. This role will be the primary contact for all Franchise interests as well as for the department?s PR firm and other marketing agency activities. Directly reports to the Chief Development Officer of the company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and support all lead generation activities
Development and implementation of the marketing and communication plan for franchise development.
Develop advertising calendar based on goals and current development timeline.
Manage franchise brand communication across all media outlets including:
Print
Digital (Advertising and Website)
PR (Direct/ PR Agency)
Events (Franchise and Real Estate)
Corresponding presentations and print materials
Identify, manage and execute trade show and prospecting opportunities that will help produce quality leads.
Managing leads from first point of contact to application, franchise document process, CRM and digital analytics.
Managing and executing minor graphic design for print and digital advertising.
Develop and manage franchise website & CRM portal (contents & graphics)
Performs other related department duties and projects require at direction of management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or related field
Previous Experience in Marketing or related field
2-3 years? Franchise coordinating experience REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Displays general knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Experience with copy writing required.
Experience with email marketing preferred.
Must have good communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be detail oriented.
Motivated self-starter with strong organization skills and effective time management skills.
