Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Parsippany, New jersey - Are you a recent college graduate looking for a position in Inside Sales and Technical Support? Our client, an expanding luxury goods distributor in the Livingston area, is searching for a temporary to permanent Inside Sales Representative with strong customer service skills to join their team immediately! You will be working in a team environment and the ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a friendly personality who is ready to hit the ground running!
This position is NOT a commissioned based role and the company fully covers medical benefits, as well as offers profit sharing and bonus opportunity!
Job Responsibilities:
-Speaking directly to customer via phone and email to answering questions and inquiries about their products and services
-Processing orders in an internal system and ensuring timely delivery of products
-Helping to schedule on-site visits by technicians ? must have strong organizational skills
-Other duties, as assigned
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor?s Degree required
-1-2 years of customer service experience in an office setting preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proactive mindset with a good attitude and personality
-Strong MS Office skills
