Job Description
Typical business work hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. As the Employment Specialist, you will be expected to demonstrate a sense of urgency, willingness to work closely with others, demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be part of a team whose primary focus is service to our ?internal? customers. This is a non-exempt position.
Purpose :
Bank of England Mortgage operates 100 branches in 44 states with 900 employees and is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Employment Specialist position is responsible for managing the daily on-boarding process, opening job requisitions, posting positions to Big Job Board recruitment sites, performing background checks, eI-9 compliance, and ensuring multi-state new hire packets are correct. This position works directly with 100 branch managers to assist them with managing their job openings. Work is sensitive in nature and must be handled with a high degree of confidentiality. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Education & Experience Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources support position
Minimum 1 year of HRIS experience, preferably in ADP, to include opening requisitions, posting jobs on big job boards, and conducting background screenings
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Pre-Employment Screenings
Opening Requisitions as needed for 100 branch locations
Managing application status, including closing requisitions
Managing and reporting Disposition Codes for all non-hired individuals
Managing relationships with representatives at Big Board recruitment sites such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, and Monster
Post sponsored ads with Indeed, Career Builder and Monster
Tracking all sponsored jobs and reporting billing breakdown for accounting
Run background screenings specific to the job position for which a candidate has applied and check on overdue screening statuses
Onboarding duties
Communicating to managers when a candidate is approved for hire
Distributing correct New Hire Paperwork, Job descriptions, and Compensation agreements
Sending the approved candidate?s information for NMLS registry (if required)
ADP Workforce Now Responsibilities
ADP Support to include resetting passwords, assisting employee?s and branch managers in general ADP tasks, troubleshooting and ADP support for error messages
Maintaining Managers and Time and Attendance Supervisors? Access Permissions lists
ADP Setup/Configuration to include home Page Configuration, Service Profile Settings and Permissions, Implementation and Integration Settings, maintaining Validation Tables, launching of new ADP portals/systems and creating reports in ADP
ADP eI-9 System
Acting as the Company Administrator for the eI-9 Portal to include creating training and ensure managers are staying compliant with eI-9 procedures.
Providing additional support for new hires needing help fulfilling eI-9 requirements
ADP SmartCompliance
Requesting applicant surveys of Work Opportunity Tax Credit eligibility, and gathering required materials from employee and files for WOTC filing and submitting to SmartCompliance
Compliance
Responsible for assisting with the collection and implementation of multi-state required new hire and termination documents for state specific compliance.
Special Projects
Providing data to Director of Human Resource for Affirmative Action Plan as needed
