JOB POSITION:
Human Resources and Payroll Manager for well-established company located in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage all human resources
Manage payroll functions
Manage and oversee employee benefits
Maintain human resources policies and procedures
Maintain applicable employee information
Research and respond to incoming questions, comments, concerns, or complaints regarding human resources and payroll issues
Responsible for employee background checks
Prepare and process all employee documents
Manage all personnel files
Ensure compliance with DOL regulations
Ensure compliance with I-9 forms
Manage 401(k) plan
Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations (EEOC, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)
Prepare and timely file EEO-1 Reports
Maintain proper records regarding ACA compliance
Work closely with management to develop plans to hire qualified applicants and reduce turnover
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
College Degree Preferred
Human Resources Training
Accounting Courses or Training a Plus
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
