We are a community-focused company which provides a yearly publication in all of our markets that help businesses connect with more customers and help schools and other non-profit groups have successful fundraisers year after year. Our ultimate goal is to become the only fundraising vehicle schools and other groups want to use to meet their yearly fundraising goals! This goal can only be reached by hiring sales representatives in each market that have good knowledge of the community where they live, a ?go-getter? attitude and genuinely enjoy helping businesses and groups meet their is looking for both part time and full time outgoing, motivated, individuals to join our sales and marketing team. Representatives will be conducting outside sales and working on company marketing campaigns. *Sales and Marketing Representative Responsibilities*
Prospect and research schools and non-profit groups for new clientele
Conduct outside sales with face to face meetings at schools and non-profit groups
Present product as a fundraising solution to clientele
Build and maintain relationships with clientele by listening to their needs and addressing their needs with an appropriate solution
Discuss and present ideas for marketing strategies and campaigns with team
Maintain accurate records and update in company system
Work with the team in the new year putting together the next edition
Sales and Marketing Representative Qualifications
Sales/marketing experience preferred
Fundraising, volunteer, or PTA experience is a big plus
Must have excellent customer service skills
Outgoing personality with drive to meet personal and company sales goals
