Sales Manager Job Opening in Johnson City, Tennessee - Privately-owned Memorial Park currently seeking a Sales Manager who will oversee the day-to-day sales operations while representing the company in a professional and caring manner.
Required duties will include but are not limited to:
Provide guidance, supervision and training to the cemetery sales staff in order to accomplish company goals and objectives
Conducting regular team meetings along with company management
Assist families with selection of preneed and at-need cemetery arrangements
Coordinate the details of and attend funeral services
The ideal candidate will have the following :

Basic computer knowledge
Full-Time position
Some weekend work required

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to move/lift company supplies, books, records,etc.
3 years in cemetery sales/management
Must be able to pass criminal background and drug test
