Assisted Living Executive Director Job Opening in Boynton Beach, Florida - Our growing Assisted Living Company with communities throughout Florida is seeking an experienced and licensed Executive Director to join our passionate and dedicated team in our lovely community in Boynton Beach, Fl! You will be working alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care for all our residents.
Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations.
Foster creativity among staff to deliver services that maintain and enhance resident stability, independence and satisfaction.
Develop and implement ongoing business plans to maintain high occupancy and achieve financial goals.
Represent community with governmental agencies, professional organizations, community groups, etc.
Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing of quality associates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred.
3-5 years executive or related experience.
Licensed in Florida and core trained.
Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
Work history demonstrating strong ability to hire, direct and manage associates.
Experience in a managerial role.
Strong leadership qualities.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
