Accounting Specialist Job Opening in Missoula, Montana - Sleep City?s Home Office is looking to add the right candidate to our in-house accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail accounting setting, be self-motivated, highly detail-oriented and work well in a fast-paced office.
Duties include financial reporting and analysis, bank reconciliation, and other general tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Production of financial reports
Maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records
Oversee the operation of the accounting departments
Building cash flow projections and reports
Ensuring AP paid in a timely manner and appropriate discounts taken
Maintaining a strong, accurate and timely line of communication with the owner, CEO and other department managers.
Producing annual budgets
Proficient in all aspects of QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent business experience
5+ Years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role
Hours, Pay and Benefits: Successful candidate will work M-F, 8-5. Benefits are effective after completion of 3-month probationary period. Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and individual qualifications.
