To keep up with our continuous year-over-year growth (100% over 2014, 2015, 2016), we are looking to add to our Residential Sales team with a Territory Sales Rep who will work out of our Grapevine (HQ) offices.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role of a Territory Sales Rep is to assist property owners in construction projects that are fully covered by their respective insurance coverages. Our Territory Reps are assigned various territories throughout the region, where storm restoration and repair is needed. These territories have already been scouted, they simply need to be reached out to and converted to customers.
Business development efforts include:
Cold-calling and visiting residential property owners
Networking with HOA's, real estate agents, and insurance agents.
Inspecting residential properties (notating the condition of siding, flashing, gutters, windows, and roofing systems).
Upon completing a property inspection and notating damage that is fully reimbursable by insurance companies, our Territory Sales Reps present the offerings that separate GP Construction Group from any other company in the industry.
Completely and thoroughly fill out all necessary paperwork
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
Achievers level performance history
Natural leader and very professional
Organized and task oriented
Honest and integrous
Able to manage a territory with little day-to-day supervision
Cold-calling experience, pioneering new territories
Technologically savvy (we have a customized mobile app we utilize in the field on iOS or Android devices)
Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not necessary
COMPENSATION PLAN:
As a W2 employee, our remuneration plan offers the following compensation with an average first year earnings of $75,000 - $125,000 per year or more:
Base salary ($24,000 - $36,000 per year DOE)
Monthly commissions (Average of $2,500 - $7,500 in Commissions per month with no cap)
Quarterly bonuses ($5,000 - $10,000 per quarter)
Yearly incentives (1 Week Trip to Mexico, $1k/month vehicle stipend, International Trips)
First-year minimum earning package of $86,000 per year for a rep who hits quota
90% of our reps are at or above quota consistently
15 Days of paid time off per year (PTO is vacation + sick pay)
