Job Description:
Conduct proactive calls with prospective and existing dealers, including cold calling
Develop and grow dealers through company programs and resources
Maintain market awareness to effectively provide quality service to dealers
Become product expert to answer questions and prepare quotes and orders
Log activities and expenses in CRM system
Enhance long-term partnerships by delivering excellent customer service to promote brand loyalty
Develop and pursue leads to close sales opportunities
Collaborate with Sales Manager to carry out sales strategies
Attend conferences and trade shows
Maintain and grow assigned sales territory
Monthly domestic travel
Required Experience & Skills:
Hunter mentality
Minimum 3 years of proven successful sales experience
Territory management experience with domestic travel
Ability to sell & build relationships
MS Office skills
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Selling to dealers
Selling fitness & sports equipment
Familiarity with CRM system
Compensation:
Base Salary and aggressive uncapped commission plan based on performance
