Community Relationship Developer Job Opening in Brockton, Massachusetts - Epic Nursing Services is a starting and upcoming homecare agency, which is actively seeking for a bilingual marketer who will be responsible for interaction in the community with the elderly while promoting foster care health services. The incumbent is responsible for creating and maintaining a strategic marketing plan while generating new partnerships and client leads within the community. This position requires meeting monthly set goals. The incumbent travels to residential buildings, networking events, health fairs, community health facilities and other marketing events to promote Epic Nursing community services.
RESPONSIBILITIES .
Visit Doctor' offices, hospital discharge desks, Assisted Living facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Epic Nursing credentials and obtain patient referrals.
Developing and executing marketing and enrollment strategies, cultivating relationships with contracted sites, community organizations, senior centers, and elderly & disabled housing, etc.
Analyze past and current marketing data.
Analyze patient/company relationships.
Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
Implement marketing plan within an established timetable.
Qualifications
Bi-lingual capabilities in Carpe Verdian Creolo and Spanish strongly preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare systems/services and/or experience with community organizations, social services and public resources
At least one year experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales, and/or Marketing
Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals
Must be organized and detail oriented and must meet set goals.
requires a valid driver?s license and a reliable automobile to travel to and within service territory
Must be able to interact with health professional at all levels.
This position has an aggressive commission structure, with a supportive team and plenty of room for growth.
