The Position:
As an Inbound Call Center Representative, YOU will be responsible for:
Answering inbound calls from contract holders.
Collecting pertinent information and notating the details of each call.
Educating customers on features, benefits, guidelines and processes.
Meeting monthly referral goals while providing the utmost, positive customer experience.
This is an inbound call center position. In this position, you will utilize dual monitor computer screens to verify the validity of warranty contracts, complete research and notate accounts in real-time while assisting customers on the phone. You will educate customers on the benefits of having necessary vehicle maintenance performed at the dealership they purchased their vehicle at while striving to meet referral goals. Providing exceptional customer service to warranty holders is a must. This position does have established goals to which you will be held accountable for in addition to team goals. Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of continuous customer service experience; preferably in a call center environment.
Successful experience in achieving established sales goals.
Proficient in the use of: Microsoft Office and Internet as a resource tool.
Excellent customer service skills (Quickly identify customer's needs & concerns)
