Clinical Supervisor Job Opening in Cleveland, Ohio - We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations. This position will supervise 15 clinicians on a weekly basis. This will include providing direct and in-direct supervision through the review of service notes, assessments, treatment plans, and clinical strengths and weaknesses. You will also be responsible for the supervision plan, developmental plan, supervision logs, and competency reviews of the clinicians assigned to you. There is also the requirement of weekly billable hours in providing individual counseling services.
Responsibilities:
Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
Plan and coordinate health services
Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Experience with community based services
Experience with diagnostic assessments and the development of treatment plans
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
Experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must possess an LISW or LPCC or higher
