Administrative Coordinator - Enrollment Specialist Job Opening in Burnsville, North carolina - Accuracy and Attention to Detail
Completes Orientation Group/Open Access with new clients.
Performs functions of computer/data processor as necessary into mulitple systems.
Verify Insurance Eligibility.
Ensures service authorizations exist for all consumers served.
Performs Audit functions for billing.
Ensures billing protocols are followed per required timeframe.
Follows-up on denied claims.
Maintains and follows internal controls to assure compliance with established procedures
Teamwork
Serves as a liaison to area LME.
Working with peers to achieve desired outcomes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Performs a variety of Enrollment and Administrative functions for mutiple business locations including: coordinating the orientation process for new clients, maintaining client records, processing client insurance verification. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and one year of Administrative experience. Associates Degree in Business preferred. This position is an individual contributor that reports to the Business Office Manager. Experience with Microsoft office required. Experience with Data entry into operating system Alpha preferred. Vaild Drivers License, required Valid Vehicle Insurance, required Position will travel between the following counties: Madison, Mitchell, and Yancey.
