RN Case Managers must have strong assessment and documentation skills to enable our patients to stay within the comfort of their own homes.
We?re looking for RNs with skilled nursing backgrounds, so clinical experience with PICC lines, dressing changes, wound care and diabetic teaching is a must!
AssistedCare?s RN Case Managers develop start of care plans, provide direct patient care during routine visits, and collaborate with clinicians from other disciplines for overall patient wellness.

RN Case Manager Requirements: 1. Current North Carolina RN license.2. Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a medical/surgical or Home Health setting.3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
