We are looking for an outstanding regulatory success specialist to join our small, but growing team. You?ll be Straightaway?s regulatory expert, and will assist with implementations, training, and success initiatives. What You?ll Be Doing:
Serve as Straightaway?s regulatory expert:
Maintain an executive summary, of each states? CNA regulatory requirements
Interact with states? regulatory bodies to build relationships, seek clarifications, and verify understanding
Help customers gain state regulatory approval prior to using CNA Edge
Maintain customer facing regulatory crosswalks * Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to implement the product, solve issues, and drive product adoption
Create client-facing documentation and run training sessions and webinars
Provide voice of customer feedback; influence product development roadmap by reporting regulatory changes, and product bugs and enhancement requests to our product team
Work is performed with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
Experience and Skills Needed
Clinical (RN, LPN, nurse educator), public health, or health management background
Understands or is learning the regulatory landscape of health care and discipline specific licensure regulations
Experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting and problem resolution, preferably with a SaaS based product and/or LMS
Exceptional verbal communication and writing abilities
Basic software knowledge, strong web and mobile app navigation, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks
Bachelor?s degree
