General Accounting Manager Job Opening in Florence, Massachusetts - This position is responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Candidates must be able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. The Accounting Manager will have contact with the Management team which requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Candidates must be PC proficient and experienced with QuickBooks as well as strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
