Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP , a nationally renowned and cutting edge immigration law firm, seeks an accounting clerk to be based in the Philadelphia office. The firm is seeking a detail-oriented accounting clerk who will be responsible for reconciling accounts payable and receivable accounts, filing, balancing budgets, reconciling accounts, invoicing clients, ensuring prompt payment of invoices and maintaining comprehensive financial filing systems for the firm.

Assist Accounting Supervisor with accounts payable and accounts receivable, billing, general bookkeeping, and ad special projects.
Create and distribute monthly reports
Follow up on outstanding invoices
Education, Experience and Skills:
College level accounting classes or Accounting Degree
3-5 Years of progressive accounting experience
Law firm experienced preferred
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word
Legal Billing Software (or equivalent accounting software) experience is a plus
Experience with e-billing systems is a plus
Organization, time management, and communication skills are a must
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with attorneys, paralegals, secretaries and clients
