The Basics: We are looking to expand our team by adding a Scheduling Specialist to our Planning department. Your typical day will be spent professionally responding to customer inquiries and status requests and scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments for loads in your assigned geographical area. A successful Scheduling Specialist is self-motivated with a positive energy and ability to produce results.
The Money: $14.00/hr
The Hours: Monday-Friday, daytime hours

The Role:
Make pick up and delivery appointments in AS400
Process detention for customers in assigned area
Process updates and changes to loads to meet customer requirements
Assist Planner and reschedule appointments if needed
Works with Accounting department to resolve billing issues
The Expectations:
Previous experience in related field preferred
Excellent customer relations and communication skills
Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new systems
Detail-oriented in fast-paced setting
