Recruiter Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - ACQ Holdings, LLC, a company in the short term consumer lending industry, is seeking a full time corporate recruiter, Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
Ideal candidates should be very comfortable with digital communication such as email, chat, and file sharing as we do very little on paper and primarily operate in digital formats. This is a support role to help fill in some of our additional needs due to recent growth and includes a variety of tasks within each department. Daily tasks will include:
Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
Answering and directing phone calls
Booking Travel and managing expense reports
Scanning, filing, and organizing receipts and invoices
Making bank deposits and managing incoming and outgoing mail
Running errands such as purchasing office supplies or picking up meals for events and meetings.
Assisting management with updating bulletin boards, organizing games, and shopping for employee rewards and prizes to assist with team moral
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports and company memos
Assisting with orientations and office tours
Assisting accounting with minor bookkeeping tasks
A large portion of this role will be aiding in Human Resource tasks. We are currently growing rapidly and in turn needing to recruit and hire on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate would be someone who considers themselves a ?people person? with excellent interpersonal skills that will be able to assist us in identifying the best candidates to add to our staff. With training we would like this person to begin conducting phone screenings and assisting with first round interviews to aid in filtering thru potential candidates.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skill with the ability to multi-task
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong overall computer skills
Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
A willingness to be flexible and adaptable to assume additional responsibilities as needed
