Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Auburn, Washington - Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Auburn, WA 98002
Our sales team at Bobcat of Seattle (physically located in Auburn, WA) is looking to hire a full-time motivated sales coordinator who can organize equipment information and act as a liaison between our internal departments, suppliers, and customers. We need someone who has experience in accounting and finance, and inventory management.
Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to:
Ordering serialized units
Tracking purchases from suppliers
Setting up customer invoices
Working with sales team to prioritize pre-delivery equipment
Track inventory availability
Working with service department to ensure installations are done timely and accurately
Assist with inventory audits
Following up with customer after installation
Proper filing of all associated paperwork
Requirements:
A two-year degree in business admin, finance, or accounting preferred
OR - Three years of experience in business related administration
General understanding of accounting/finance principles
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to learn internal CRM and cloud based reporting quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organization skills
