Job Description
Open or close store duties
Stock merchandise
Pull orders for salesmen/drivers
Answer phones/redirect calls
Recommend appropriate product suggestions for customer needs
Receive and process sharpening / repair items from customers
Prepare quotes on request
Review sales material to keep informed
Professional appearance
Part time and full time positions available
Skills
Knowledge and hands on experience along with willingness to learn and sale industrial products such as hand tools, power tools, saw blades, band saw blades abrasives and various other construction tools
If you love tools we are willing to train
Outstanding customer service skills and enjoys working with customers
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate ? research tools on the internet ? enter customer data accurately
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent work ethic ? Self-starter- Enthusiastic ? Positive Attitude
Pass a background check and drug test ( Drug Free Company)
High School Diploma or GED
Physical
Standing ? Continuous standing required
Lifting ? Able to lift 50 pounds and occasional lifting of over 50 pounds
Climbing ? Occasionally climb a ladder
