Internet/Inside Sales Rep. Job Opening in sacramento, California - Internet/Inside Sales Rep. Primary Purpose: Sales professional to mange new and existing customer accounts. Essential Functions (included but not limited to): � Responding to new email and phone leads � Intelligent price quoting for our products and services with a view to maximize margins � Process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, returns etc � Scheduling new orders and cut sheets on our ERP software and giving order status updates thereafter � Dealing with general customer relationship management and problem case resolution � Prepare sales & marketing reports as needed by management Knowledge, Skills and Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
