Also, back up for school receptionist, printing reports, preparing memos, contact Regional Centers, care homes, school districts, etc. to verify mailing addresses and fax/phone numbers are current, making new employee packets, making travel arrangements, order supplies, scanning company documents. Qualifications: Associates Degree or 1 - 2 years of office experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
