B.S. Biology and/or Chemistry
2-4 yrs Cosmetic Industry experience (R& Sales)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Sales Representative will report directly to the Cosmetics Division Sales & Marketing Manager. The Sales Representative will promote and sell the active cosmetic ingredient product line across the United States. This entails such things as, but not limited to:
Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager in creating a marketing plan for each product, to include applications, target customers, product demand, market volumes, market pricing, etc .
Face-to-face visits and phone calls with customer and potential customer key employees, such as procurement managers and technical representatives (approximately 50% of time will include travel/employee will otherwise work from their home)
Provide technical support of products to customers and potential customers at their respective production sites
Maintain and grow company products sales at active customers
Provide to company management, on a routine basis, written reports entailing all of the above, such as sales call notes.
