We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Eastern US and Latin American territories. This role is responsible for planning and executing strategic and tactical plans to drive sales growth. Accountabilities include:
Develop sustainable strategies & solid execution to deliver long term growth in line with strategic plans.
Resource, grow and develop team in support of objectives.
Keep Senior Management appraised of all key events.
Develop solid metrics to establish departmental success/improvement needs.
Travel up to 50% in support of business goals.
Engage in Product Management Teams, driving New Products and Marketing Strategies.
Be a collaborative associate and good steward of Fenner's Values and Behaviors.
Act in a manner that ensures your safety and those around you.
Territory and product mix may vary by assigned region.
Potential to have direct reports, depending on region.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education as well as a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a sales environment. Excellent communication skills a must. Experience working directly with OEMs strongly desired.
