Medical Billing Account Specialist Job Opening in Alamogordo, New mexico - The Patient Accounts Specialist will be expected to effectively be responsible for all aspects of a full claim cycle. Responsibilities will include billing, payment posting, insurance and patient refunds, payer follow up, and accounts receivable management. This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of billing and accounts receivable in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess an intimate knowledge medical billing, payer guidelines, healthcare plan types, and appeal processes.

· Expertise in medical billing and accounts receivable follow up.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
