Sales Consultant/Space Branding and Artwork Job Opening in Des Moines, Iowa - For over ten years we have been working in the design, production and installation of commercial real estate space branding. Our work at major healthcare, financial, athletic,insurance and technology organizations includes custom graphics and displays, artwork, history/donor walls and glass vinyl wraps. We are searching for a bright, driven, high energy person to lead numerous activities related to the efficient and timely processing of client orders as specified by the design and sales process.
Do you have a history of success in signage, commercial furniture or tradeshow exhibit sales (or like) but are tired of being one of five replying to an RFP? Are you a creative visionary who can present ideas to enhance the Visual Experience of a client's space? You could be our next hire! This position is responsible for developing leads through research and networking, securing appointments, needs discovery, solution and budget development, writing proposals with other team members and securing opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple details from many sources and overall project management. We do not ask you to complete weekly or monthly planners. We do ask you to meet with people who need our services and then support you internally with the resources to make you successful. Our candidate ideally resides in the Des Moines area and can travel from Omaha to Eastern Iowa when needed.
The ideal candidate has successful experience in business development and project management. The candidate will possess or quickly acquire the ability to consult with clients regarding the overall Visual Experience of their space. This is a B2B opportunity and no residential or retail consulting is part of this position.
A minimum of a four-year college degree is preferred and a five day work week is required. Successful candidates will have experience in one of the above mentioned industries or related. Also, a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design or Interior Architecture or similar can be beneficial.
