Residential Supervisor Job Opening in Martinsburg, West virginia - Daily Companions is hiring a Full Time Residential Supervisor . The Residential Supervisor will implement time schedules for each employee assigned to their responsibility. They will provide guidance and/or assistance with activities, daily living needs, assisting support staff in increasing each client?s personal skill levels and assist them to further their independence within their home and community according to the provision of services outlined in the consumer's Individual Program Plan as agreed upon by the IDT.
Supervisor is responsible to report all changes to schedules, concerns, praises, incident reports (minor or major) to the Chief Operations Officer.
Supervisor is responsible for maintaining funds available for client?s use and providing an accurate accounting of all receipts to the Finance Manager.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 12 am - 8 am
On call responsibilities also
Requirements:
Prior Experience with special needs population
Prior Supervisory Experience
Must be at least 21
Have High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance
