The organization?s larger brand experience also encompasses an event company, international retreats and online education platform.
Intent:
Provide general support to Director of Sales & Marketing; oversee and manage key Sales and Marketing aspects, including Social Media, for a family of companies within the wellness industry.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 3 years marketing experience, including CRM and social media management experience
Understanding of current marketing landscape within the scope of digital, social media, and CRM
Versed in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter community building and lead generation
Business College Degree, Concentration in Marketing
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Familiarity and involvement in the health, wellness and yoga lifestyle communities
Understanding and handle of systems and structure in a company setting
Ability to work with and be accountable to a creative executive team
Reliable, prompt, and proactive attitude
Organized, efficient and accurate
Demonstrate leadership, initiative, ownership and accountability
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Content, Design and Marketing teams, the Manager will assist the Director across various levels of activation, including CRM, programs, Public Relations and Media campaigns. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is involved in the creation, scheduling, curation, optimization and publication of Social Media content and is responsible for managing search campaigns.
General consulting and campaign management:
Collaborate with Director and teams to create strategic plans
Steward marketing plans from inception to execution by working with SW teams as well as Agency(ies), Media and Strategic partners, etc.
Provide feedback and suggestions on marketing campaigns, efforts, materials based on best practices, industry landscape, testing and campaign performance metrics
Recommend new strategies and tactics for consideration based upon campaign performance
CRM:
Help manage newsletter campaigns
Solicit and manage in-house and partner content inclusions
Review and proof email drafts and provide content direction/feedback * Collaborate with Director and teams on campaign strategies and tactics
Recommend incremental up-sale/nurturing campaigns to increase conversions
Suggest new ways to build lists (i.e. promotional offers, lead gen) * Provide email list management support - run duplication reports, set up and manage tagging system and hierarchy for new contacts, provide email lists for agencies for strategic targeting
Partnerships, Ambassador Programs:
Assist and manage various partnership programs established to generate awareness and garner promotion of SunWellness; i.e. steward marketing efforts which may include newsletter integration, social media, digital integration, etc.
Oversee term implementation to deadlines for existing partnerships
Present any incremental Partnership opportunities for consideration and help execute/manage upon approval
Public Relations, Paid Media:
Manage and/or support Director on Media Buys and Public Relation campaigns
Present any incremental Media Buy campaigns (beyond Social Media/Digital) for consideration and execute/manage upon approval (i.e. grassroots, bus shelters/bus panels, radio, print & newspaper)
Media Outreach: Write and release any pertinent press releases to various publications for content consideration and/or prepare any media kits for press communities
Foster rapport and establish programs to increase awareness of SunWellness within local community
Digital, Social Media and Search:
Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
Develop relevant content topics to reach SunWellness target customers
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written)
Monitor, listen and respond to users in a ?Social? way while cultivating leads and sales
Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
Oversee design (i.e. Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Instagram, Blog, etc.)
Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns
Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation
Monitor online reviews and respond to each review
Analyze key metrics and provide optimization recommendations
Compile campaign performance reports for management
Work with CRM platform to effectively implement funnel marketing strategies * Implement and manage paid search marketing efforts.
Become an advocate for the company in digital spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Other responsibilities may include:
Manage grassroot marketing efforts
Assist Director on peripheral events, retreats and online education platform as needed
Software Requirements :
Experience with Google Products (Gmail, GDocs, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience using spreadsheets (Microsoft suite)
Used to compile analytics
Plan, Organize campaigns * Experience with Buffer or similar content scheduling manager apps
Experience with Facebook Business and Ads Manager
Experience with Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus for Business
Knowledge of marketing campaigns as related to Social Media Marketing
Experience with CRM systems (i.e. Constant Contact, Infusionsoft)
