Medical Device Sales Specialist Job Opening in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Would you like to learn a craft that will continue to provide for you and your family for decades to come? We are expanding our territory coverage throughout South Florida region. We are a small distributorship selling medical devices and durable medical equipment. We are looking for someone who is excited about embarking on a new career that has high earning potential, and willing to put in the effort to get there.
Job Description:
Selling medical devices to surgeon customers and facilities, performing the necessary duties in the operating room, delivering and managing inventory, OR case coverage, field support, delivering equipment to patient residences, reporting to management as necessary daily activities and productivity.

Basic Qualifications
A High Degree of Common Sense: Ability to solve, and interpret problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstracts and/or concrete variables.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent and two years related experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service and clinical related positions. Basic knowledge and understanding of the following:
Computer Skills: Proficient with WORD, Excel, and PPT. Competency in navigating the Internet and utilizing apps to perform daily tasks.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and emails professionally, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

While performing the duties of this job, agent is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands or arms. The agent is frequently required to talk, see small differences, or hear. The agent is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste or smell. The agent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Transportation: Must have reliable independent transportation for every day usage .
Eligibility: Must not have a non-compete agreement in place for the South Florida territory for medical devices, biologics, or durable medical equipment.
Income: Initial start pay will include a base plus earning potential on commissions. $75-100k by year two depending on foundational experience, ability to learn on the go, sales and marketing experience, and bio-mechanics / human anatomy.
All agents are subject to criminal background checks and regular drug screening.
