Sales Consultant Job Opening in Paducah, Kentucky - MCP Investigations & Security
We are currently seeking to hire a sales team manager to join a growing detective agency! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales strategy to drive company revenue while getting paid top commissions for casework that you sell and that your team members sell.
This is a commission only position with residuals as long as you work for the agency.
Responsibilities:
oversee and coordinate sales activity
establish sales territories, quotas and goals for other sales members
analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
track results in trends regularly for business forecasting
report on team and individual performance
develop and execute innovative sales strategies
building form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
previous experience in sales, customer service or related field
experience as a supervisor or manager of a sales team
willing to learn and experience investigative work firsthand
strong leadership qualities
ability to build rapport with clients
ability to work from home, reliable transportation and a criminal free background
bachelor degree is preferred but not required
