We are looking for and charismatic "Experienced Auto Sales Consultants" to build rapport with potential car buyers. The right person is out-going, and enjoys meeting new people, with a desire to produce results. It is the Salesperson?s job to create a welcoming and fun environment which puts the customer at ease. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers into the dealership
Match the customer to the appropriate/right vehicle
Learn and understand vehicle and product knowledge
Communicate benefits and value to customer
Make at least 20 prospecting outbound phone calls a day
Keep at least 2 customer appointments per day
Lead in the sales process, with management assistance
Contact customer at least every 6 months (phone or email) to keep in touch
Maintain good customer service - Sales satisfaction survey goal of top 10% in region
Generate at least three (3), 5-star reviews a month and generate direct referrals
Prospect through networking for additional sales leads
Enter all daily activity into CRM
Keep up the appearance on the lot
Skills and Experience:
General computer and typing skills
Email and text messaging system understanding
Sales and / or Customer Service experience a plus but not necessary
Valid driver license
