AUS operates from over 200 locations nationwide and has an opportunity for an Associate Vice President, Strategic Sales.
The Associate Vice President, Strategic Sales will mentor the process and assist with closing high profile national account opportunities and secure contracts for both rental and direct sale programs with the regional team. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for hitting financial goals & plans and managing a team of strategic sellers, both Regional and National Account Executives. This position can be based in Chicago, Milwaukee or Minneapolis.
Essential Funtions:
Hire, mentor and manage a team of Regional and National Account Executives
Lead the Strategic Sales planning and execution process
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Ability to influence buy-in with internal corporate stakeholder
Qualifications:
7 plus years successful B2B sales experience and 3 plus years sales management experience
Career history with increasing levels of responsibility in sales
Successfully managed others
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong proven presentation skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Extensive experience with CRM systems (i.e. )
Ability to travel up to 60%
