Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Dodge, Wisconsin - Looking for experienced sales reps that have knowledge in the window, door and gutter business. If no experience that's ok we'll train the right individuals. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel up to a 100 mile radius from office. Job will entail giving estimates to homeowners who have an interest in our responsibilities include:
Learning and delivering a presentation to prospective customers
Attending company meeting as required
Partnering with the Sale Manager to ensure goals are consistently met
Completing necessary reporting of leads/appointments promptly
Experienced preferred but willing to train the right individuals
Exhibits passion and excitement with a can-do-attitude
Ability to effectively utilize selling techniques
Strong communication skills, public speaking a plus
Self-Starter with the willingness to go the distance to get something done
Compensation
Competitive base plus commission (first year potential 65,000 +)
