The following shifts are available:
RN's: Full time evening and night shifts
LPN's: Full time evening shifts

These positions require the following:
*RN/LPN with current Indiana nursing license in good standing
*Recent experience in a skilled healthcare setting
*Excellent assessment, clinical and supervisory skills
*Should be able to work in collaboration with the nursing team
*Must be familiar with the med pass and documentation requirements in skilled nursing
*Should be able to work scheduled hours which will include some weekends and Holidays
*Solid work history
