Tax Preparer - Full Time/Part Time Job Opening in Wilsonville, Oregon - We are a small, but growing CPA firm located in Wilsonville, specializing in business and personal tax preparation and tax planning. Our Firm provides a broad range of tax services to public SEC filers, large private business enterprises and high net worth individuals.
We are seeking a tax focused paraprofessional with a minimum of two (2) years of public or private accounting firm experience. This role requires the candidate to have experience in the preparation and review of corporate and individual tax returns. ASC 740 tax provision experience and knowledge a plus.
This position has the potential to develop into a permanent position, full-time throughout tax season, with a flexible schedule during the rest of the year to be negotiated for the benefit of both the employee and the firm.

Responsibilities:
Prepare business and individual tax returns
Assist with consulting services
Research tax planning strategies
Assist tax staff in the preparation of tax returns
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years public or private accounting firm experience
Experienced in preparation and tax planning for Partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, and individuals
Demonstrates effective communication skills both written and oral
Highly organized with the ability to manage many projects
Demonstrates excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards
Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
ASC 740 tax provision preparation experience a plus
Fixed Asset software experience a plus
