Lease Administrator Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - Exciting opportunity with a large commercial property management company in downtown Portland. We are seeking an experienced Lease Administrator with knowledge of property management accounting.
Required skills: Basic accounting and math skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
Works well independently and on a team
Works well under pressure with minimal supervision
Timeliness in meeting guidelines
Real Estate background
Knowledge of Skyline a plus
Essential Duties: Abstract critical information from commercial lease documents and input into company standards for the lease administration all new lease documents in detail, providing comments whenever discrepancies exist as compared to leases for CPI and rent escalations, notifying both the tenant and property manager of this in a timely base rents, percentage rents, CAM billings, taxes, and other designated items. Oversee the e-billing program which automatically generates and emails tenant annual expense reconciliations and new monthly the scanning process for lease cooperatively with all areas of the company.
