Looking for leads? We have more than enough to keep you busy! This position is for someone who has a lot of ambition and is not afraid to put in the hours and do what it takes to be successful.
You will start out as an Inside Sales Agent and ultimately fill a Buyer Agent role on our team. If you are a new agent, you will hold this position for a minimum of a month and be ready to commit to working on our team after that as a buyer agent, during this month you will learn the ins and outs of what it takes to be a successful agent. We don't believe in throwing you to the wolves, you will know what to do, when to do it, and how to make your/our clients glad they chose you/us. If you have more than a year experience in Real Estate Sales, depending on your past sales will determine if you go straight into a buyer agent role.
To become a Buyer?s Agent, you must complete our training program designed to make you one of the top performers on our team.

Requirements:
Must have a current AR Real Estate License or in the process of completing this course. (If you are in the process please note on your resume' when you will be finished)
Must be coach-able and committed to success.
Must possess a strong work ethic.
Must be customer service minded.
