Sales:
Must be familiar with brands and products we sell.
Be comfortable asking customer questions.
Be able to inform customers of sales, promotions, focus items, education.
Interest in fashion and beauty trends.
Customer Service:
Anticipate and meet customers? needs, giving high priority to exceeding customer expectations.
Offer to assist the client with location and knowledge of products.
Computer Training:
Basic to Intermediate computer skills are required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to stand a minimum of 4-8 continuous hours.
