Must have great sales skills, along with the ability to meet customers demands and ensure customer satisfaction, exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle, greet customers when they come into the store, listen to the guests requirements closely and provide them with information on available Jewelry. Promote sales by assisting guests and offering suggestions. Utilize product knowledge to promote sales. Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, responsible for ensuring the store appearance is clean and presentable at all times. must have a willingness to approach customers & offer assistance. Meet required sales goals and create business thru follow up and promote a team winning performance.
