Businss Analyst Job Opening in Providence, Rhode island - Faulkner Consulting Group is looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst to join our consulting team at HealthSource RI, Rhode Island?s health insurance exchange. The Business Analyst will provide data analysis and reporting support to our client?s operations and leadership teams.
Key responsibilities :
Operational Reporting: Design and execute key operational reports to support and inform HSRI?s operational and leadership teams regarding critical decision points and management tasks.
Develop Tableau dashboard reports on an ongoing basis to meet organizational needs.
Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor key performance indicators for HSRI leadership, other state agencies, and federal/state partners.
Public Reporting: Create regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting to keep the public and press informed.
Business Analysis: Develop and maintain enrollment projections and budgetary models to support senior staff decision making processes, including annual business and customer impact assessment of product and premium rate changes.
Customer Survey: Develop and distribute customer survey, collate survey data, analyze data and create reports for leadership
General: Ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and presentation requests for internal and external audiences as needed

Bachelor?s degree in business/management or related field
3-5 years of work experience
Strong data analysis skills
Exceptional Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with complex business processes a plus
Familiarity with healthcare industry required
Familiarity with federal/state health insurance policy a plus
Tableau experience a plus
