We are seeking a sales professional to join our team who can offer customers the best advice on how to complete their project within their budget, time frame and exceed their project expectations.
Position:
Due to continued growth in the Billings and surrounding area we are currently in need of a professional and energetic Sales Representative. We would prefer candidates to have a background in one or a combination of the following; construction, construction sales, estimating, remodeling or similar industry experience. A working knowledge of window and door estimating process is a plus, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen to clients and design estimates to include pricing, any credit terms, accurate estimate of items as well as deliver and production time.
Promptly respond to all customer inquiries, sales leads and estimates.
Convert customer inquiries into sales.
Work with service staff and procurement staff to ensure appropriate delivery and installation of items.
Exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
Possess a valid driver?s license and clean driving record.
Computer and estimating proficiency.
High level of organizational and time management skills.
A minimum of 2 years customer service in a related field.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
