New Home Sales Representative Job Opening in Townsend, Delaware - Handler Homes, a Delaware homebuilder, is seeking a Sales Manager for a full time position at a new-home community near Middletown, DE.
Responsibilities:
Sales Managers work closely with potential buyers, guiding their decision process from initial contact through settlement. Responsibilities include demonstrating quick-delivery homes and model homes, marketing, working with realtors' clients and our preferred lenders.
Requirements:
Strong sales techniques and good oral and written communication skills are imperative. Real estate or new home sales required. Updated PC skills are needed for communication, marketing and sales contract preparation. Smartphone and the ability for timely response to sales inquiries a must. Weekend work required.
