Account Specialist - Inside Sales Job Opening in El Dorado Hills, California - We are looking to hire an inside sales Account Specialist for a technology-driven company in the Financial sector. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, seeking long-term employment, and be focused on upward mobility. A successful Account Specialist will be results and bonus minded/driven.
What is required?
Have conversations with people looking for help with their debt.
Responsible for answering all incoming calls in a timely manner.
Educate callers on available plans/solutions. (We will provide the script and the process and teach you what information you need to know)
Manage pipeline of leads, and make follow up calls as needed.
The desire to succeed.
Ability to use technology at a proficient level.
Starting wage at $25/hour (training) and full medical benefits after 60 days, along with other benefits + perks. 2 week training period and then you will be on the phones, taking and making calls, and earning money on an uncapped bonus structure (projected first year income $65,000-$85,000+).
