Position :
The Re-Integration Officer is tasked with improving the target health system?s performance. The Re-Integration Officer reports to the PMH SVP of Re-Integration Operations and is a key link between hospital system senior leadership and PMH corporate.
The Re-Integration Officer is accountable for improving operational performance by focusing on project management and process improvement in areas including, but not limited to:
Staffing Productivity
Utilization / Length of Stay
Emergency Department Operations and Throughput
Physician Relations and Physician Contracting
Requirements:
MBA or Master?s degree in healthcare or financial management field highly desired. BS degree in relevant field required.
5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare management and operations.
Must be analytical, organized and detail-oriented.
Must be willing to travel or relocate to hospital system as needed.
Must be a results-oriented and hands-on.
Must be process and data driven.
