Warehouse Assistant Job Opening in Canby, Oregon - DirectLink has an opening for part time temporary Warehouse Assistant in Canby, OR.
The primary purpose of this position is : Assist with maintaining the warehouse for the purpose of ensuring supplies and equipment are organized for determining ordering needs and accurate accounting. This is a part time temporary position (25-29hours a week). The temporary position would last approximately 3 months.
Essential Duties:
Covers warehouse office, assists co-workers and vendors, documents daily supply movement, receives and inspects deliveries, loads and unloads, ships, organizes and cleans yard, shelves, floors, and processes recycling.
Inventory; Stocks, organizes and monitors supplies, assists inventory counts, researches inventory discrepancies and missing information, performs product assembly and maintains files.
Provide support in filing, sorting, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Perform data entry and maintain computer files.
Provide support for processing incoming /outgoing PO?s and invoicing.
Assist warehouse in returned items and RMA processes.
Job Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Must be able to multi task
Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance
Able to lift at least 50lbs and work from ladders at various heights
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Must possess a valid driver?s license with a good driving record
