Medical Assistant/Clinic Coordinator - WILLING TO TRAIN Job Opening in Green Bay, Wisconsin - NuMale Medical Center, a leader in Men's health, is seeking an experienced and out-going Medical Assistant and/or Clinic Coordinator to join a team of professionals who provide compassionate, comprehensive and personalized healthcare. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task, delicately resolve patient issues, work in a team environment and provide exceptional patient care. Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for collection and documentation of patient information to include medical history, vital signs, chief complaint, review of medications, allergies, etc.
Assist Medical Provider in minor office procedures
Draw blood and perform testing using in-house laboratory equipment (willing to train)
Assist coworkers and floating to other areas as needed
Direct patients to the team member that would resolve issues prior to and after the initial appointment
Assist in medication ordering
Conduct patient training
Assists with phone calls and messages
Qualifications:
High school education or GED required
Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program and/or 2+ years of military trained preferred
Previous medical experience a PLUS
Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
Must have reliable transportation
