NTT Data is assisting one of our clients for a temporary assignment. This is an NTT Data badged position. NTT Benefits offered for the duration of the project. Our client is located in Sauk City, WI. The ideal candidate will be local to one of the following locations: Sauk City, WI., Onalaska, WI or Madison, WI. Assignment duration is targeted from August 2017 through the end of December 2017, possibly extended beyond.
The primary role of the Data Entry Associate is to be responsible for entering enrollment applications into their systems, including demographic information, type of coverage whether single, family, etc. and the type of plan: PPO, HMO, Medicare, etc.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to successfully perform this job.
Education:
High School Degree or equivalent work experience, or individuals who have proven the ability to successfully perform the job function through a temporary assignment with the organization.
Experience:
Knowledge of health insurance practices, regulations, procedures, medical terminology and previous web based experience. Epic/HealthLink or Market Prominence is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work with manager & supervisor to establish goals. Manage resources to achieve set goals.
Advance computer skills
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Flexibility to work the number and schedule of hours needed to accomplish regular and ad hoc job responsibilities.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills Identify problems, research and analyze issues from different perspectives, organize information and work cooperatively with others to develop and implement effective solutions.
Meet quality and timeliness standards as set forth by company?s expectations.
Ability to be composed and adaptive in a dynamic, fast-paced customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times and multiple competing priorities.
Responsible for adhering to the practices and principles of confidentiality as outlined in the company-wide and departmental Confidentiality Policy and Procedure and in regard to all aspects of member, provider, group, practitioner or business-related materials.
Ability to work seasonal overtime as business necessitates.
Ability to become proficient in understanding the different eligibility regulations
