Provider Recruitment Liaison Job Opening in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin - Froedtert Health has an exciting full-time opportunity for an Provider Recruitment Liaison. The Provider Liaison will coordinate many aspects of the provider recruitment onboarding, retention, and exit processes ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:
A minimum of 5-7 years experience in healthcare recruitment or employee relations in a large, complex, and matrixed organization is preferred.
Experience planning, managing and liaising interview days including the ability to provide history of the facility, nuances of the department, and culture of clinic sites. Proven experience building relationships and trust with candidates and leaders.
Bachelor?s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business, or related field is required.
Strong relationship management skills. Cultural competence and self awareness. Independent decision making skills and the ability to make decisions quickly. Flexibility and the ability to adjust in a changing environments. Strong organization and coordination skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Ability to quickly foster trust with candidates and hiring leaders. Awareness of when to communicate or escalate issues.
Must have a reliable vehicle and WI state drivers license in good standing.
